Information we collect
When you register for an Account, we ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and phone number. We never collect your personalized information without express consent.

Atlas follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and are a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, date and time stamp, and referring/exit pages. These are not linked to any personally identifiable information. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, and gathering demographic information.

What we DON'T do with your information
We never sell your information with data brokers, people searchers, or any other websites.

We understand that the security of any data we process as a part of you visiting our site is of great importance to you and our customers. We, therefore, put a lot of effort into making sure you are protected.

Although we (our respective licensors) own the code, databases, and rights to our service, you retain all the rights to the data you provide to use. How long do we store your data for?
We will keep a copy of your personal data as long as your remain a registered user with our site, and thereafter for such period as may be required for our legitimate purposes and in compliance with any legal, audit, and compliance requirements. If you want to remove your information at any time, simply delete your account and your data is removed instantly. An exception is made for anonymized payment data, as we need that for accounting purposes.

Online payments and billing
If you purchase Atlas, you will be required to provide your payment details. These details will be made available in part to both the payment gateway and merchant bank involved. We ourselves will not receive and/or store your credit card details.

We use Stripe (www.stripe.com) as our payment provider. Stripe's privacy policy can be found here https://stripe.com/gb/privacy. Your personal data will only be used by Stripe for the purposes of processing your payment and will be securely encrypted.

Google Analytics
Atlas uses Google Analytics for the collection and analysis of data about the behavior of visitors to websites and/or apps. Among other things, an analysis service collects data on which parts of the website and/or app a user has interacted with. This allows us to gain insights into user behavior which are needed to inform decisions made when updating the website and/or app.

Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website and/or app is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google might transfer the personal information collected via this technical procedure to third parties. You can prevent the storage of cookies by a corresponding setting of your browser software; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use all the features of this website to the fullest extent possible.

In addition, a cookie already set by Google Analytics can be deleted at any time via the Internet browser or other software programs.

Children's Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Atlas does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
