To begin the removal process, go to Trustifo.com and run a search for your profile by entering your name and city or state. 

Once you’ve found a profile that matches your information, click on “View Profile” on the right side of the row. 

Copy the URL for the profile page, then paste it into the form on Trustifo’s opt-out page. Fill out the necessary fields, check the CAPTCHA box, and click on “Submit Opt Out Request”.

You can also find Trustifo’s opt-out page by navigating to the homepage, scrolling down to the bottom, and clicking on the “Do Not Sell My Info” link in the footer.

There may be multiple profiles on Trustifo.com with similar names and addresses, and each profile has its own unique URL. In order to remove them all from Trustifo, a separate opt-out request must be processed for each profile.

After you submit your request, you’ll be provided with a tracking ID, which you should copy and save for your reference. You can go to the check status page on the Trustifo website and enter your tracking ID to monitor the status of your request at any time. 

Go to your inbox and open the email from Trustifo, then click on the removal confirmation link in the email to confirm your request. Within the following 48 hours, you’ll receive another email to let you know whether your request has been approved.

If you prefer to email Trustifo directly, you can submit your opt-out request to satisfaction@trustifo.com. Be sure to include your full name and profile URL in the email.
